CONSTRUCTION CHARACTERISTICS
 
Self-supporting welded steel frame construction complies with AISC Ninth Edition Specification and Codes.
Each container is provided with ISO compliant Container corners. The units are stackable in any configuration (min. 2 wide x 2 high in open areas, or 2 wide x 3 high in enclosed areas).

EXTERNAL WALLS
Removable & Interchangeable wall elements:
Panel width: 43 ¼" (nominal)
Construction from outside to inside:
External:           22 gauges galvanized iron profile sheeting.
Standard:          2 3/8" polyurethane or optional mineral wool.
Internal:            24 gauges galvanized iron sheeting.
Finish:               Internal  "Plastisol" washable white.

FLOOR
 
Construction from bottom to top:
Steel Floor Beams, 22 gauges galvanized iron blind floor.
Insulation:          3- ½" mineral wool
Flooring:            1-1/8" tongue and grooved plywood
Floor Tiles: 12" x 12", 1/8" HD vinyl

Roofing:
- Galvanized trapezoid profile, fixed with stainless steel screws and integrated guttering
- 4 internal rainwater down pipes - 2 inches each

Timber Lath (2 x 1"),
Vapor Barrier Melamine (¼", or, 3/8")
